  Terrible place, ghetto, rent to anyone now, pricey laundry machines, rent gets higher every year, charge multiple fees, rude people both neighbors and office personal, cars broken into, no where to park, cars have been hit, wallets stolen, and drug deals in parking lot. Terrible place with poor people in office who have lost our checks twice, and then blamed us. Also have to park in lot on other side, because there is no where to park ever. They charge you for trash that overflows, pet fee, and they divide the water bill by apt number, and people living there. Slow to fix washers, dryers, which are old. Don't respond to complaints. Also spray lawns with things not for pets.
