  Above and Beyond service, a pleasure to deal with, prompt shipping and communication. All you would expect from a A++ business, all my future needs will be from IAG Performance. Product Arrived well packaged, as promised, and even a bonus IAG BUILT sticker :o) love it.
  
  If the product is anything like their service, then I have nothing to say but you guys are the best.
  
  Only thing I would recommend, is UPS service to CANADA sucks. I would recommend FEDEX, or faster USPS service options; for emergency needs. As UPS service is very bad, or just give the customer the option for HOLD FOR PICKUP at UPS, because they almost delayed my parts over the weekend, because of a failed delivery attempt while I was home from 6am-6pm and they said no one was home for 1st attempt. Keep in mind that is a UPS problem not IAG.
  
  Highly recommend IAG and the staff for all their work/service.

  I've ordered some parts from IAG performance and shipping took longer than expected. I've contacted IAG performance representative and he was able to make it right and I'm highly satisfied of customer service I've received even after USPS didn't provide great service.
  Overall Im satisfied with IAG performance customer service, even if you can't reach them directly over the phone, you can leave voicemail or write email and rep will contact you asap.
